The Support We Offer

OPS offers a safe space to talk about that journey – no matter where you are at.

Everyone needs to feel heard, understood, empowered and appreciated. That is why we have created a wide range of services to help meet the needs of our community. We work alongside survivors in the following areas:

  • Case Management Services

  • One-on-one Support from an Advocate

  • One-on-one Therapy Sessions

  • One-on-one Integrated Movement Therapy

  • Chemical Dependency Counseling and Recovery Support

    • Support Groups such as our Survivor Support Group, Recovery Group, and “Queens’ Journey” for Black Women

  • Healing through Art and Yoga

  • Community Meals

  • Housing Resources and Other Community Resources

  • Leadership and Professional Development Opportunities

  • Wraparound Care and Resources from OPS and our Community Partners

Our Drop-In hours are from 1-6 pm, Tuesday through Thursday. However, we understand that many times our community may need assistance outside of our normal office hours. That is why we now provide a Helpline Mon-Fri, 10 AM-6 PM where you will have the ability to reach out to a staff member via call or text who can connect you with an advocate. That number is 206-371-6155. Also, appointments are available to meet with an advocate outside of our normal office hours. Please call or text to schedule.
