    Rebekah Fonden is a native of Washington. She is a speaker, community organizer and survivor of human trafficking. She attended the University of Washington, Seattle receiving a degree in Communication and Business Entrepreneurship. In 2019 she attained an internship for the Superior Court in the King County Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) Task Force division working with stakeholders in King County and surrounding areas to progress anti-trafficking efforts. She worked for the Lantern Project as the Healthcare Alliance Coordinator providing education for healthcare professionals. She then accepted the role as Corporate Relations Manager at Businesses Ending Slavery and Trafficking (BEST) and is currently contracting as a lead trainer and speaker. 

    She was co-chair of the Seattle Human Rights Commission - Human Trafficking Task Force for two years.  She is currently Board President of the  Organization for Prostitution Survivors (OPS) and a member of WASHACT on the Policy Subcommittee.

    Pam Norick has served as an executive leader for several key nonprofits, including as President of StolenYouth, a Seattle-based nonprofit committed to ending child sex trafficking in Washington state. She is a global health expert and consultant with decades of experience advocating for women’s health innovations worldwide.

    While based in Washington, DC, Pam served as VP and Executive Director of MSI in the United States, a London-based, 40-year-old nonprofit organization providing health care for women and girls globally. Pam has significant experience in corporate and marketing communications, and has published articles in the New York Times, the Seattle Times, Women in the World, and elsewhere. In addition, she has extensive fundraising experience, with a strong record of success in donor development, grant writing and management, generating millions of dollars in donor commitments for a variety of initiatives.

    Previously, Pam served as Executive VP, External Relations at the International Partnership for Microbicides (IPM), a nonprofit focused on developing HIV prevention for women worldwide. At IPM, Pam was responsible for resource development, donor engagement and external relations, overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets and staff across the US, Europe and Africa. Pam’s additional expertise includes service as a Foreign Policy Legislative Advisor for nearly ten years in the US House of Representatives and Senate. She has worked and traveled extensively in Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Latin America and Asia.

    A former Peace Corps volunteer in central Africa, Pam holds a Masters in International Communications from American University’s School of International Service and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington.

    Kevin P. Henry has over 30 years of experience as a business consultant, trainer, writer, and facilitator in the DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) field. In this capacity, he has worked for nonprofits, companies, colleges, and agencies in Seattle and Honolulu. Kevin is also the host of the All The Way Authentic podcast and a regular contributor to KBCS-FM, 91.3 public affairs programs.

    Kevin currently is the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Coordinator for Volunteers of America in Everett, WA. In this role, he coordinates and delivers DEI training for the Behavioral Health program, working with mental health counselors and other staff members.

    From 2020-2022, Kevin was in a similar role at Sound Mental Health in Tukwila where he delivered DEI training, wrote articles, and was responsible for community outreach.

    Kevin managed and developed the DEI program for the City Of Bellevue in Washington state from 1994-2015. During that time, he produced training, public forums, cultural events, and weekly radio programs that focused on diversity issues. Kevin is also a freelance writer, producing articles for online publications based in the United States.

The OPS Board of Directors guides the organization and the Executive Director in her work to support survivors, advocate for policies, and provide outreach and education to the community. The Board of Directors provides support around budget, fundraising, human resources and developing connections throughout the community. The Board of Directors is a working board, and regularly participates alongside OPS staff in organizational decision-making.
