OPS Art & Sound Session with Stephanie Wood

On June 4th, OPS hosted a unique and rejuvenating Art & Sound Session from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, led by the talented sound artist and wellness practitioner, Stephanie Wood. The event offered attendees a beautiful blend of creativity, collaboration, and relaxation, making it a memorable experience for all who participated.

The session began with participants coming together to create a collective mandala, using an array of flowers, objects, and art materials. This collaborative activity encouraged creativity while fostering a sense of community and connection among attendees. The result was a stunning piece of shared art that symbolized collective energy and intention.

Following the mandala creation, attendees transitioned into a calming sound bath session, where they were enveloped in soothing melodies from quiet bowls, resonant gongs, and other serene instruments. Stephanie Wood guided the session with her expertise, helping participants enter a state of deep relaxation and mindfulness.

To maximize comfort, attendees were encouraged to wear cozy, comfortable clothes and bring along blankets and pillows. Mats and chairs were also provided, ensuring everyone could fully immerse themselves in this restorative experience.

This event was more than just an afternoon of art and sound; it was a chance to pause, reset, and nourish mind, body, and spirit in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this inspiring session, and a special shoutout to Stephanie Wood for leading such a meaningful experience. Stay tuned for future workshops and events at OPS—we can’t wait to create, connect, and relax with you again!
